Minulla on 20 vuoden vankka kokemus opetuksesta ja tutkimuksesta sekä lasten sosio-emotionaalisen kehityksen arvioinnista erityisesti kiintymyssuhteisssaan vaarantuneisiin lapsiin liittyen. Tarjoan koulutusta opiskelijoille, ammattilaisille ja vanhemmille hyödyntämällä ainutlaatuista videomateriaalia, jonka avulla koulutuksiin osallistuvat henkilöt voivat kehittää havainnointi- ja analysointitaitojaan sekä lasten käyttäytymisen haasteisiin että lasten ja heidän vanhempiensa väliseen vuorovaikutukseen

liittyen.

Koulutukset

Koulutusten tavoitteena on tarjoa tietoa lasten sosio-emotionaalisesta kehityksestä, erityisesti erilaista kaltoinkohtelua ja laiminlyöntiä kokeneisiin lapsiin ja lastensuojelun palveluita (esimerkiksi sijaishuolto) tarvitseviin lapsiin liittyen. Koulutuksissa käsitellään myös yhteisöjen ja kulttuuristen tekijöiden vaikutusta hyvinvointiin.

Koulutusten erityisenä osa-alueena ovat koulutuksissa käytettävät videomateriaalit, joilla havainnollistetaan koulutuksen aihealueita. Nämä materiaalit sisältävät koti- ja tutkimusympäristöissä kuvattuja yksittäisiä lasten ja heidän vanhempiensa välisiä vuorovaikutustilanteita sekä lapsi-vanhempi-ryhmien leikki- ja vuorovaikutustilanteiden havainnointeja pidemmän ajanjakson ajalta.

Koulutukselliset konsultaatiot

Konsultaatiot tarjoavat apua tieteelliseen viitekehykseen perustuvien vanhempi-lapsi vuorovaikutustilanteiden arviointien järjestämiseen.

Konsultaatiot tarjoavat myös mahdollisuuden keskustella lapsen käyttäytymiseen ja kehitykseen liittyvistä ongelmakohdista.
